Breast Augmentation
Breast Augmentation is a surgery to enhance the size and/or shape of a woman’s breasts. During the surgery, Dr. Niessen inserts an implant behind the breast which allows the bust line of a woman to increase by one or more cup sizes. Breast augmentation is usually performed to enhance the curves of a woman’s body who feels her bust is too small.

Lipodissolve
Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) is a component of every cell in our body. As well, PPC is produced naturally by our bodies. It is highly concentrated in liver cells and fat cells and is a large part of nerve cells. PPC injected to dissolve stubborn fat deposits is derived from the soy plant.

Breast Implants
Breast Implants will be placed either on top of the muscle below the breast gland (subglandular) or under the chest wall (submuscular). For youthful looking breasts, submuscular placement may provide this youthful look for a longer period of time. Implant placement below the breast gland can make your surgical procedure time shorter and decrease recovery time.

Silicone gel Implants
Silicone Gel Implants are made of a gel filler that acts as a solid unit rather than a liquid. The gel holds together uniformly, while retaining the natural “give” that resembles actual breast tissue. Gel-filled breast implants use safe, aesthetically pleasing gel. Silicone Implants are offered in either a round style gel implant or a contour (anatomic) shaped gel implant.

Saline-Filled Breast Implants
There are two types of Breast Implants available; Saline Filled Breast Implants and gel filled breast implants. Dr. Niessen offers a variety of textures, sizes and shapes to provide you the greatest flexibility toward achieving breast enhancement goals. Saline filled breast implants are filled with a saltwater solution similar to the fluid that makes up most of the human body.

Breast Lift
A Breast Lift is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. Factors such as pregnancy, nursing and the force of gravity take their toll on a woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts will often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. A mastopexy leaves scars, though they can be covered by your bra or bathing suit.
